Professor Canan Aykut Bingöl, the Rector of Yeditepe University, visited China in December 2017. The bilateral agreement between Yeditepe University and Nankai University was renewed during the visit. The Executive Board meeting of the Confucius Institute at Yeditepe University was also held in Tianjin. Rector Canan Aykut Bingöl paid a visit to Tianjin Foreign Studies University and met the faculty and students in the Turkish Language program.
