Every year the Confucius Institute Headquarters (Hanban) assembles over 500 Confucius Institutes from around the world. The event is termed the Global Conference and presents the opportunity to exchange ideas and provide feedback on the annual activities. The new programs to be supported by Hanban are introduced during the event. The panels that form an integral part of the conference encourage the sharing of experiences and learning from the trajectories followed by other institutes.
